Founder and CEO

Lariscia Julion

Driven by a love for my home country and a deep belief in the power of education to transform lives, I founded 18N63W to address the challenges facing the students of Anguilla in accessing higher education and career opportunities. Recognizing that financial barriers and lack of guidance often prevent talented individuals from reaching their full potential, I set out to create an organization that provides scholarships and comprehensive career services.

With over two decades of experience in electrical utilities, I bring a wealth of industry knowledge and leadership to 18N63W. My extensive background is instrumental in guiding our mission to provide scholarships and support to aspiring students. Committed to community development and education, my dedication helps illuminate pathways to success for the next generation of Anguillians.

Margie Hodge

As an Accounts Administrator with over twenty years of experience specializing in payables, payroll, bank reconciliation, and financial reporting, I am privileged to serve on the board of 18N63W. I wholeheartedly support the organization's mission and am committed to ensuring financial integrity and transparency. My expertise in managing financial transactions including expense management, compliance, documentation and reporting enables me to contribute effectively to the board's decision-making process.

We envision a future where every student in Anguilla has access to financial assistance, career guidance, and the support needed to pursue their education and dreams. Our goal is to break down barriers to opportunity, empower the next generation with essential resources, and equip them with the skills to drive personal success and community growth. Through education, we are building a stronger, more prosperous Anguilla for all.

As 18N63W grows, our primary goal is to expand educational opportunities for students in Anguilla by increasing financial assistance, enhancing career services, and building a stronger support network. We aim to equip students with the tools they need to succeed, break barriers to education, and create pathways to lasting career success.
